Inclusion et bien-\u00eatre au travail.<\/p>\n\n<p>Du diagnostic initial \u00e0 la formation des \u00e9quipes, en passant par le maintien dans l\u2019emploi, notre accompagnement politique handicap permet de garantir des solutions sur mesure et durables.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DIAGNOSTIC AUDIT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>En 2025, notre \u00e9quipe a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/thompouss.fr\/index.php\/solutions-gestion-handicap-au-travail-diagnostic-conseil\/\">21 diagnostics<\/a>, repr\u00e9sentant 230 jours de conseil, aupr\u00e8s d\u2019entreprises de 80 \u00e0 10 000 salari\u00e9s, tous secteurs confondus.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nos experts en accompagnement politique handicap en entreprise interviennent pour :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifier les enjeux strat\u00e9giques li\u00e9s au handicap<\/li>\n\n<li>D\u00e9finir feuilles de route et moyens (humains, financiers) \u00e0 mobiliser<\/li>\n\n<li>Optimiser financi\u00e8rement la politique handicap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CONSEIL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Accompagnement \u00e0 la sortie d\u2019accord agr\u00e9\u00e9, mise en place de Conventions avec l\u2019Agefiph, n\u00e9gociations d\u2019accord agr\u00e9es ou non, autant de sujets d\u2019expertise pour lesquels nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9s par 7 groupes de plus de 5000 salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SENSIBILISATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025 a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par 130 actions de sensibilisation, en pr\u00e9sentiel et digital, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une palette d\u2019outils ludo-p\u00e9dagogiques : Roue coup d&rsquo;pouss, Level Up, Escape Game, Handi4.0.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les th\u00e8mes phares ont \u00e9t\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sant\u00e9 mentale et bien-\u00eatre au travail<\/li>\n\n<li>Aidants et pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel<\/li>\n\n<li>Handicap et inclusion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Ces initiatives renforcent l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de tout accompagnement politique handicap en entreprise, en impliquant l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FORMATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Nous avons form\u00e9 1 376 stagiaires sur des sujets essentiels :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Politique handicap et recrutement inclusif<\/li>\n\n<li>Maintien dans l\u2019emploi et RQTH<\/li>\n\n<li>Conduite d\u2019entretien de retour apr\u00e8s absence<\/li>\n\n<li>Droits et enjeux des aidants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thompouss.fr\/index.php\/solutions-gestion-handicap-au-travail-maintien-emploi\/\">Nos interventions<\/a> ciblent principalement les Ressources humaines, les r\u00e9f\u00e9rents handicap, les managers et les Instances repr\u00e9sentatives du personnel.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MAINTIEN DANS L\u2019EMPLOI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre accompagnement, 457 travailleurs en situation de handicap ont \u00e9t\u00e9<a href=\"https:\/\/thompouss.fr\/index.php\/solutions-gestion-handicap-au-travail-diagnostic-conseil\/\"> maintenus \u00e0 en poste <\/a>en 2025.
